What We Do / 03
Long-Term Deployments
A project conversation about a system for recurring or extended use, based on the site, purpose and requested term.

The Engagement
What this includes
Longer deployments call for a different conversation than a single event. Start with where the system would live, how it would be used, the environment and the timing. Feasibility, sourcing, configuration and operating or support expectations need to be worked out for the specific project.
When it fits
For a display or production system needed across a season, recurring program or longer operating period.
Extended placements begin with the operating environment: exposure, access, power, connectivity, structure and who will operate the system.
Plan the Work
Plan for the full term
A longer placement needs a site plan and clear operating responsibilities. Define the intended use, exposure, access, power and connectivity, then establish the deployment period and any agreed setup, monitoring or support duties before the system is committed.
Useful first details
- How long is the display needed, and when should the term begin?
- Who will operate it, and how often will content change?
- What site access, power, connectivity and weather exposure should be considered?
Start a Conversation
Bring what you know.
The first step is understanding the site, use, environment, approximate scale, requested term and available infrastructure. Stage Presence can assess whether the request is a fit; operation and support scope must be agreed before any commitment.
